How to Use a Template
1
Go to Resources > Templates
From the main navigation, select Resources, then choose Templates from the submenu. This opens the full template library.
2
Browse or search by category
Scroll through the library or use the category filter on the left to narrow results. You can also type a keyword into the search bar — for example, “project brief” or “stakeholder” — to find specific templates quickly.
3
Preview the template
Click on any template card to open a preview. The preview shows the template’s structure, sections, and placeholder content so you can confirm it meets your needs before downloading.
4
Download and customise in your preferred tool
Click Download and select your preferred file format (Word, Excel, or PDF). Open the file in your usual application, replace the placeholder content with your own information, and adapt the structure to suit your specific situation.
