Every certificate you earn in the Astra IPT Learning Hub is saved to your personal credentials library, giving you a permanent record of your professional development. This page walks you through how to access your credentials, what information each certificate contains, how to download them, and what to do when a certificate approaches its expiry date.

Accessing Your Credentials

All certificates you have earned are stored in one place within the portal.
  1. Sign in to the Astra IPT client portal.
  2. Select your profile avatar or name in the top-right corner.
  3. Choose Profile from the dropdown menu.
  4. Select the Certifications tab to view your full credentials library.
Your credentials library displays all earned certificates in chronological order, with the most recently issued certificate shown first. You can search or filter the list by course name or certificate type.

Certificate Details Page

Selecting any certificate in your library opens the full certificate details page. Here you can review:
  • Certificate name — the title of the credential awarded
  • Course name — the course or learning path associated with the certificate
  • Issue date — the date on which the certificate was automatically generated
  • Expiry date — displayed where applicable; certificates without an expiry date show No Expiry
  • Download button — saves a print-ready PDF copy of your certificate to your device

Downloading Your Certificates

To download a certificate, open the certificate details page and select the Download PDF button. Certificates are exported as high-resolution, print-ready PDF files suitable for physical printing or digital use.

Credential Validity and Renewal

Certificate validity varies depending on the course content and any associated compliance requirements.
  • Non-expiring certificates: Most foundational and skills-based course certificates do not expire and remain valid indefinitely.
  • Time-limited certificates: Some certificates — particularly those tied to compliance, regulatory, or technical content — are valid for one to two years from the issue date. The expiry date is clearly shown on the certificate details page.
  • Renewing a certificate: To renew an expiring credential, simply re-enroll in the original course, complete all lessons, and pass any required assessment. A new certificate with an updated issue date is generated automatically upon completion, replacing the expired one in your credentials library.
The Learning Hub sends you an email reminder 30 days before a certificate is due to expire. You can also check expiry dates at any time from the Certifications tab in your profile. Certificates nearing expiry are flagged with an amber indicator in your credentials library.
All credentials are stored securely in the Astra IPT Learning Hub and are accessible anytime from your profile — whether you need them a week after completion or several years later. You never need to re-request or re-generate a certificate that has already been issued.
