How to Earn a Certificate
Certificates are awarded automatically — once you complete all lessons in a course and pass any required assessments, the Learning Hub generates your certificate and adds it directly to your profile. There is nothing extra to submit or request.1
Enroll in a Course
Browse the course catalog and enroll in any course that interests you. Your progress is tracked from the moment you begin your first lesson.
2
Complete All Lessons in Order
Work through each lesson sequentially. Lessons must be marked complete before you can advance to the next one, ensuring you build on each concept as you go.
3
Pass the Final Assessment (If Required)
Some courses include a final assessment. You must achieve the required passing score to qualify for your certificate. If a course has no assessment, completing all lessons is sufficient.
4
Receive Your Certificate Automatically
Once all requirements are met, your certificate is generated instantly and added to your profile under Profile > Certifications. You will also receive an email notification confirming your achievement.
Assessment Requirements
Assessments are designed to confirm your understanding of the course material before your certificate is issued.- Passing score: A minimum score of 80% is required to pass a final assessment.
- Attempts allowed: You have up to three attempts to achieve a passing score. Each attempt may present questions in a different order.
- Viewing your score: After each attempt, your score is displayed immediately on screen. You can also review past attempt scores at any time by navigating to the course page and selecting the Assessment History tab.
Types of Certificates
The Learning Hub issues two types of certificates, depending on the scope of learning you complete.Course Completion Certificate
Awarded when you finish all lessons and pass the final assessment (if applicable) for a single course. Each course you complete generates its own individual certificate.
Learning Path Certificate
Awarded when you complete every course within a designated Learning Path — a curated series of related courses. This credential demonstrates broader, program-level expertise.
Every certificate issued by the Astra IPT Learning Hub includes your full name, the course or learning path title, your completion date, and an official Astra IPT digital signature to verify its authenticity.
