The Astra IPT client portal is your central hub for managing your relationship with Astra IPT — and embedded right inside it is the Learning Hub, a dedicated learning environment where you can access structured courses, downloadable resources, professional certifications, and direct support. This page walks you through the main areas of the portal so you can navigate confidently from day one.

Main Areas of the Portal

The client portal is organised into five core sections. Each section serves a distinct purpose, and you can move between them at any time using the left-hand sidebar or the top navigation bar.

Dashboard

Your personal home screen. See an at-a-glance summary of your enrolled courses, recent activity, upcoming deadlines, and recommended content.

My Courses

View all courses you’re currently enrolled in, track your progress through each one, and resume exactly where you left off.

Resources

Browse and download supplementary materials, reference guides, templates, and any additional content linked to your courses.

Certifications

Review certificates you’ve earned, download them as PDFs, and access shareable links to add credentials to your professional profiles.

Getting Support

If you run into an issue or have a question that isn’t answered in the documentation, the Support section of the portal connects you directly with the Astra IPT team. You can submit a ticket, browse the help centre, or start a live chat during business hours — all without leaving the portal. Moving around the portal is designed to be straightforward regardless of where you are.
  • Left-hand sidebar — The primary navigation menu lists all main sections. Click any item to jump directly to that area. The active section is highlighted so you always know where you are.
  • Top navigation bar — Use the top bar to access your learning profile, notification centre, and account settings. The portal logo in the top-left corner takes you back to the Dashboard at any time.
  • Breadcrumb trail — When you’re inside a course or a nested resource page, a breadcrumb trail appears beneath the top bar so you can easily step back to a parent section.
  • Search — Use the search icon in the top navigation to find courses, resources, or help articles by keyword. Results are filtered by section to keep them relevant.
The Learning Hub is fully embedded inside the Astra IPT client portal, so you never need to visit a separate site or log in again. All of your course progress, completed modules, and earned certificates are saved automatically in real time — you can close the browser and pick up exactly where you left off when you return.
