Some settings may be managed at the organization level by your portal administrator. If you find that certain options are grayed out or unavailable, your organization’s admin controls those settings. Contact your administrator if you need a change made to a restricted setting.

Password & Security
Keeping your account secure is important. In this section you can:
- Change your password — enter your current password, then choose and confirm a new one. Use a strong, unique password that you don’t use on other sites.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) — add an extra layer of security by requiring a verification code at login. You can use an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy) or receive codes by email.

- Certificate earned — a confirmation email when you earn a new certificate
- Weekly progress summary — a weekly digest of your learning activity

- Display language — select the language for the portal interface. Available languages are listed in the dropdown; course content language is set separately within each course.
- Date format — choose between DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY, or YYYY-MM-DD depending on your regional preference.
- Time zone — set your local time zone so that deadlines, reminder times, and session timestamps display correctly for your location.
