# Download Course Materials and All Learning Resources

> Find, download, and save course materials from the Astra IPT Learning Hub — including PDFs, worksheets, slide decks, and reference guides.

The Astra IPT Learning Hub gives you access to a rich library of downloadable materials designed to reinforce what you learn in your courses. Whether you need a quick-reference cheat sheet, a structured worksheet, or the full slide deck from a lesson, this page explains what's available, where to find it, and how to save files to your device for offline use.

## Types of Materials Available

Every course and the central Resources library include a curated set of downloadable assets. Below is an overview of the material types you'll encounter across the platform.

> **[PDF Guides](/docs/resources/downloads-and-materials)**
>
> Comprehensive written guides that summarise key concepts, frameworks, and takeaways from each course module.

> **[Worksheets](/docs/resources/downloads-and-materials)**
>
> Structured activity sheets that help you apply concepts to your own work as you progress through a course.

> **[Cheat Sheets & Reference Tables](/docs/resources/downloads-and-materials)**
>
> At-a-glance reference cards covering formulas, processes, terminology, and best-practice checklists.

> **[Slide Decks](/docs/resources/downloads-and-materials)**
>
> Downloadable versions of the in-course presentation slides, formatted for easy review and sharing.

## How to Download Materials

Follow these steps to locate and save any file from the Learning Hub to your device.

**1. Open a course or the Resources library**

Navigate to the course you're enrolled in, or go to **Resources** in the main navigation to browse all available materials across the platform.

**2. Find the Materials tab**

Inside any course, select the **Materials** tab at the top of the course page. In the Resources library, materials are organised by type and topic in the left-hand panel.

**3. Click the download icon next to any file**

Locate the file you want and click the **download icon** (↓) to the right of its name. A preview panel may appear first — click **Download** within the panel to confirm.

**4. File saves to your device**

The file downloads directly to your device's default downloads folder. You can then open, print, or store it however works best for you.

## Accessing Materials Without Internet

Once a file is saved to your device, you can open and use it at any time — no internet connection required. This makes it easy to review guides, complete worksheets, or reference slide decks while travelling or working in low-connectivity environments.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Materials are updated periodically to reflect the latest course content and best practices. If you've previously downloaded a file, check back in the Materials tab to see whether a newer version is available.
